PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERS MUST SIGN IN FOR MEMBER RATES. Contact COMTO Headquarters if you need your member login and password. Do not create a new profile. All attendees are encouraged to register in advance, registration prices will increase for onsite registration and are not available for all events. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Please contact info@comto.org to request an invoice for registration.

Registration Type Descriptions
COMTO Member, Non-Member, and Student/Youth/Teen registrations include all meals, workshops, sessions, and open (i.e. non-invitation only) receptions and meetings on the published conference schedule.
Spouse/Guest registrations are reserved for a spouse or guest of the primary registrant only. COMTO members may not register as a spouse/guest. All spouses or guests, including children of attendees, must have a guest badge and ticket to attend meals.
Sunday/Monday/Tuesday Only registrations include all meals, workshops, sessions, and open (i.e. non-invitation only) receptions and meetings on the published conference schedule for the selected date(s).
Payment and Cancellation
Registration and Payment
COMTO accepts American Express, MasterCard, and VISA for payments. If you need an invoice, please send your request to conference@comto.org. Payments are due within 15 business days. All registrants must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference sessions, activities, meals, and events.
Payment by Check
If you need an invoice, please send an e-mail to conference@comto.org with the subject line: NMTC INVOICE REQUEST. Please include all relevant information needed for invoice processing. Checks must be received by COMTO Headquarters by June 21st. 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be made in writing. Email Michael Kargbo, Accounting Manager, to request a refund. Click here for our complete cancellation and refund policy.
